A Journey Across 20 Years of Experience
After two decades navigating the corporate world, an MBA, and a degree in product design, I noticed the same problem everywhere I worked: a disconnection. Marketing teams didn’t understand the technical offerings; technical teams couldn’t explain their work to marketing; design was often outsourced, creating delays and inefficiencies. Deadlines were unrealistic, burnout was rampant, morale was low, and turnover was high.
I never wanted to be that manager who added to the chaos. I wanted to understand every part of the system—from design and engineering to strategy and marketing—so I could bring it all together. So, I studied BA(Hons)Product Design and engineering, immersing myself in everything from 3D modelling and industrial design to UX, coding, AI, and video production. I worked closely with engineers, researchers, and creative teams, learning not just how things are made—but how long it takes, the struggles behind every department, and the friction that slows progress.
My journey included projects like a 360-degree VR treadmill for gaming, solar-powered lamp-posts disguised as trees, and a financial-access device for homeless people in the UK. Then I completed an MBA (with Merit) at Edge Hill University , with a module in IT management, adding strategy to my toolkit. Combining twenty years of industry experience, technical know-how, and strategic insight, I had the missing piece: the ability to unify teams, processes, and technologies to deliver outstanding results.


The Spark That Started It All: Layla
But experience and skills alone weren’t enough. The trigger to finally start Golden Fenyx Digital Consultancy came unexpectedly—and painfully. I lost my dog, Layla. She wasn’t just a pet; she was my constant companion, my guide, my rock. Losing her in my arms was devastating, but it sparked a determination I couldn’t ignore: I wouldn’t let her inspiration go to waste.
Golden Fenyx Digital Consultancy is her legacy. The name itself tells the story: a phoenix, reborn eternally, shining golden—the colour of her collars, a symbol of highest care. Everything we do carries the empathy, attention, and loyalty she taught me. We treat every project as if it were our own dream, working exclusively with one client per industry at a time to ensure focus, dedication, and results.
